Our CSR Pillars

Affordable Medical Access

We work with governments and NGOs to improve access to essential medical equipment and services. Through the NZ Pacific Innovation Hub (MFAT), we are piloting new healthcare delivery models—beginning with Niue. We also donate dialysis machines, portable RO units, and vital equipment to hospitals, clinics, and community health events across the Pacific.

Capacity Building

We strengthen local healthcare workforces through technician training, clinical upskilling, and certification support. Our team provides full installation, calibration, and hands-on training for all supplied equipment, leveraging deep experience in Pacific dialysis and biomedical care. To date, we have trained over 150 healthcare workers across the region, empowering local teams to deliver sustainable, high-quality care.

Educational Outreach

We support professional growth by sponsoring scholarships, conferences, and medical symposiums across New Zealand and the Pacific, including Fiji and Samoa Nephrology Symposiums and GP CME events. We also fund educational grants for specialist workshops and training.

Community Health Promotion

Our preventive health programs focus on early detection of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, kidney disease, and hypertension. We conduct screenings and awareness programs at community expos across NZ and the Pacific, supported by digital health tools like SIMCART and Prevents MD. Through these efforts, we have screened over 1,000 community members, promoting early intervention and healthier outcomes.

Environmental Responsibility

We promote sustainable practices through responsible procurement, waste-management initiatives, and the adoption of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly medical technologies—especially in dialysis care.

Infrastructure & Service Commitments

Our contributions include founding the Kidney Foundation of Fiji, establishing 5+ dialysis units across Fiji, and advising the Siaose Brown Dialysis Centre in Tonga. Through Grace Clinicals (est. 2024), we deliver community-based dialysis services and provide consultancy for new kidney centre development across New Zealand, ensuring long-term access to specialized care.
